Our service is free
Insurance Choice Hub does not charge consumers any fee to request or compare insurance quotes. Because we never collect payment from you, there is nothing for us to refund.
Payments to insurance carriers
We are not an insurance company and we do not sell, bind, or issue policies. Any premium, deposit, or fee you pay goes directly to the insurance carrier or agent you choose. Refunds, cancellations, and any return of unearned premium are handled under that carrier's policy terms and your state's insurance rules.
Requesting a refund from a carrier
- Contact the insurance carrier or agent that issued your policy.
- Have your policy number and cancellation date ready.
- Ask about any cancellation fees and how unearned premium is returned.
